A recently discovered piece of pottery recording a donation to the "House of Yahweh" may contain the oldest mention outside the Bible of King Solomon's Temple. The 3½-by-4-inch artifact is nearly 3,000 years old, dating to a time when kings sent messages inscribed on pottery.
Yahweh's Name Found in Earliest Copies of the Septuagint
Here are two examples of Yahweh's Name in ancient copies of the Septuagint. The Septuagint is a 3rd to 2nd Century b.c.e. Greek translation of the Hebrew Scriptures. The fragments shown are evidence that the Septuagint originally contained the name Yahweh written in Paleo Hebrew
This example is an ancient fragment of the Septuagint dated between 50 b.c.e. and 50 c.e.(a.d.). If this dating is correct, it would have been written near the time of the Savior's ministry. Yahweh's Name is indicated with the large black arrow. Notice that 'Yahweh' is written in the ancient Hebrew (Paleo-Hebrew) script. This example is an ancient fragment of the Septuagint dating to the First Century c.e. (a.d.). This fragment contains parts of Job Chapter 42.
This is a photo of Psalms 119:59-64 in the Dead Sea Scrolls which are a collection of Hebrew Scriptures that date back 2000 years. Note Yahweh's name in the ancient Hebrew script while the rest of the text is in a more modern Hebrew that was used at the time. Also note that each line begins with the Hebrew letter "Heth" which corresponds with it's part in the acrostically 119th psalm.

Psalms 119:56-64 (The Scriptures)
59 I thought about my ways, And turned my feet to Your witnesses.
60 I have hurried, and did not delay to guard Your commands.
61 The cords of the wrong have surrounded me, Your Torah I have not forgotten.
62 At midnight I rise to give thanks to You, for Your righteous right-rulings.
63 I am a companion of all who fear You, And of those who keep Your orders.
64 O , Your kindness has filled the earth; teach me Your laws.
